Episode Description:
What does the path of awakening look like in a noisy technological world? With so many of us in our own bubbles, how do we shift the meaning of mindfulness to be more inclusive not only to other humans, but to all beings everywhere? Tune in to hear Adriana & Prerna discuss a modern and integrated Buddhist framework that supports our daily lives & helps us navigate our technology use. Learn about the power of sangha (community) and how this informs our path towards enlightenment.“We won’t reach awakening if it only exists on our cushion” - Adriana DiFazio.
